As a specialist awning company we can also make Traditional style awnings also referred to as Victorian awning or Butchers Blinds. These traditional awnings have timber boxes and a timber front rail with steel arms generally at the sides. This type of awning is one of the strongest you can have fitted to your building and they are still hand built as they were more than a hundred years ago.

The awning covers are made from solution dyed Teflon coated acrylic with the traditional awnings having an extra patch of material sewn in each corner of the cover, these are called reinforced storm corners. We can also supply covers made from pvc, polyester and offer hundreds of colours and combinations.

We also offer a repair, recovering, replacement parts and total refurbishment service to all types and styles of commercial awning. We cover the whole of England but a large proportion of our work is carried out in central London and due to the limited parking and access to commercial buildings, we normally work outside of your business opening hours.

Awnings are available at many different price points for the budget conscious to the high end luxury awnings associated with prestigious companies. If you are on a tight budget we generally recommend the manual crank in and out awnings or fixed frame canopies like the Dutch or French Wedge canopies. With a larger budget you can then select the electrically operated awning as this makes operating the awning a lot easier. Additionally to the electric option we recommend a safety device such as a vibration sensor or wind sensor that retracts the awning if the wind is to high. This in turn will protect your investment and save it from possible damage in high winds and storms.
